This is a remote working role working Mon-Fri 9-5pm with requirement to travel to their head office in Saffron Walden once a month.
The day-to-day role:
- As a Member Representative you will act as first point of contact for customers over multiple channels, delivering a high level of customer service whilst adhering to quality assurance and operational standards.
- Assisting towards team measures including but not limited to the booking of Financial Wellbeing Reviews and referrals to third party partners.
- Identifying any potential or actual customer vulnerability throughout interactions
- Deal with any complaints in a timely and efficient manner
To be successful:
- You will have excellent customer service ability.
- Be able to work independently with occasional travel to an office.
- Excellent communication skills.
