Role: Mobile Customer Service Adviser 

Location: Abingdon (covering Didcot)

Hours: 35 hrs a week, Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm plus 2/4 Saturdays 9am-12pm (Saturday paid x 1.5)

Starting Salary: £20,041k

What is involved? Based in Abingdon town centre, working face to face with customers, you will also travel to work with colleagues in our branch at Didcot. Newbury Building Society will pay your mileage and parking costs for this travel. 

 

Essential criteria:           

  • Experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to travel and work between both Abingdon and Didcot branches

 

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
