Salary: £20,041k

Hours: 35 hours per week + 2 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm (Saturday hours paid x 1.5)

What is involved       


Based in the Festival Place Basingstoke branch and working face to face with customers, you will also travel to Winchester, Alton, Andover and Wokingham to provide support as required.  Newbury Building Society will pay your mileage and parking costs for this travel. 


Essential criteria for the role



  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle at all times

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desirable criteria for the role


  • Experience of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
