Role: Part Time Customer Service Adviser

Location: Newbury

Salary Range: £10.36 - £10.91 per hour

Hours: 17 hours per week - Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 9am-12pm

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to work with a professional and friendly team based in Newbury town centre. 

Reporting to the Senior Branch Manager, your overall responsibility is to provide a consistently high standard of service to our customers and work colleagues. 

Communication methods are face to face, by email and by letter.    

Our branch teams ensure that our customers are fully supported with financial transactions and ensure that they are receiving the best service and value possible with their savings and mortgage accounts.  

In return, we’ll give you all the support and recognition you deserve. You will take part in a comprehensive training programme, enabling you to fully understand our business and values and how we stand out from the crowd. 

 

Essential criteria:

•             Experience of working with customers face to face and by telephone

•             Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (outlook, word, excel)

•             GCSE maths and English, minimum level 4 or equivalent

 

Desirable criteria:           

•             Administration experience

•             Experience of cash handling

•             Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and “Teams
