Our client is a niche financial services organization who are looking to expand their existing marketing team by recruiting a Product Manager. This is an exciting time to joining the organization as they are looking to rapidly expand their product portfolio in bot the mortgage and savings arena. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interface with all areas of the company and have a real say in how their products are developed.
The main areas of responsibility are to:
· Manage the launch of new products
· Manage the re-price of existing products
· Identify improvements to the mortgage & savings customer journeys
· Deliver ad hoc projects
This will be achieved by:
· Plan and deliver new product website and branch literature
· Plan and deliver changes to existing products’ website and branch literature
· Plan and deliver the savings back book simplification project
· Deliver improved mortgage customer experience alongside the other related projects
· Deliver an improved broker portal experience
· Support the mortgage team with any indirect broker literature and event material
· Support with other projects as needed to support team priorities
The ideal candidate:
· Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience with a marketing qualification or relevant product experience in financial services industry with experience of Wordpress would be an advantage
· Key skills required for job are attention to detail, planning and prioritisation, interest in learning how to update websites although no digital experience expected, biased towards numerical reasoning
· Open minded, positive approach essential
· Full training will be given by a product management expert
