Our client, a Savings and Mortgage provider are seeking a Savings Manager to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The role will be managing the branch network and the head office Savings Team, with 7 direct reports.
Our client is based in the West Midlands, but they can be flexible with the working week and can be split between home, office and branch-based working. The role is for a 12 month FTC, however there could be potential for other opportunities within the business once completed, but this can’t be guaranteed.
Our client is very customer focussed and want to provide a first-class customer experience in everything they do and have recently invested in developing a Customer Experience Framework; this role holder will also have the opportunity to drive this project forward and pioneer initiatives to enhance and mature their service.
Duties will include:
- Champion opportunities to consistently improve the customer experience we offer
- Increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy to drive customer retention
- Analysis of customer journeys, including external benchmarking, solicited and unsolicited feedback
- Analysis of customer data to understand customer behaviour to anticipate and address emerging member needs
- Guide team in effective issue resolution and handle any escalations
- Ensuring the service operation is compliant with regulatory expectations
The successful candidate for the Savings Manager will possess:
- Previous leadership experience within financial services
- Possess strong relationship management skills
