Our client a market leader in the Savings and Mortgages industry, are looking for a Mortgage Completions specialist, to ensure that any daily activities within the Completions team are processed and administered correctly and accurately.
Main duties will include: -
· Ensure that all enquiries relating to Completions and Servicing are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the Bank’s service standards, policies and procedures.
· Ensure that all complex queries within the team are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the Bank’s CML Handbook, Policies and Procedures.
· Assist with coaching and training across the team to deliver on going improvements to the function’s performance.
· Manage escalation queries.
· Produce management information and reporting as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Completions role, ideally managing a small team however this is more of a desirable.
