Are you a communications specialist with a flair for language and attention to detail? Do you enjoy bringing an organisation, their products, and communications to life?

Our client is a customer centric, mortgage and savings provider based in Leicestershire, and they have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and public relations strategy in support of the strategic and business plan objectives. This position demands a dynamic professional with a proven track record in marketing, brand management, and public relations, particularly within the financial services sector.

They are based in Leicestershire, however, can offer a hybrid approach to the working week with ideally 2/3 days at their head office. Their ideal for this role would be full time, however, they would also happily consider applications from individuals seeking a more part time working week.  

Duties of the Senior Marketing Executive will include:

  • Brand Management oversee the development and maintenance of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Assist Head of with delivery of public relations activities that enhance the organisations reputation and visibility.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality consistent content, including digital content, print materials, promotional collateral, website, press releases to ensure they meet the necessary regulatory standards that apply.
  • Ensure that mass member communications are prepared and delivered to the highest quality, including delivery of our member engagement panel activities and communications.
  • Assist and contribute to the input of key Society wide communications.


The successful individual will possess:

  • Previous experience within a digital, copywriting or PR role within financial services.
  • Previous experience of writing and tailoring content for specific audiences.
  • Experience using email campaigns software, Goodle Ads and CRM software.
  • Experience in brand management.
