FIELD BASED ROLE.
Our client is a highly respected and successful financial services organisation who have an excellent opportunity for an office-based Business Development Manager.
The focus of the role is to support brokers in structuring loan facilities and packaging paperwork to ensure that customers with complex circumstances are offered practical solutions to their requirements.
Duties will include: -
- To promote the Society to our existing network of Intermediaries.
- To enhance the profile of the society and support the sales team to deliver the new business target.
- Maintain and manage relationships with key intermediary partners to promote our ability to understand the complex.
- Proactively strengthen key account relationships by providing bespoke underwriting support.
- Be commercially astute with the ability to be an effective negotiator.
The successful candidate will have previous, strong underwriting experience and have a background in developing relationships. Confidence on the phone is essential as it is predominately a telephony-based role.
The role is field based, therefore our client is open to locations, however please note that you will be required to visit the head office based in Leicestershire once a week.
